Come stay at my incredibly cozy and comfy and spacious one bed one bath apartment on the upper east side. It is located right in front of the 6 train and is a few blocks from the q train. It is a 5th floor walk up, has a dishwasher in unit, and comes with necessary bedding. Will give cross streets if interested. I have some plants, too, if you wouldn't mind watering them. I work in theater so there are many books on theater, writing, being an artist, plays, creativity, songwriting etc. I have some games as well and a great TV and couch perfect for cozy nights in. Close to museum row and MANY great stores ie target, old navy, fairway, Whole Foods, many coffee shops, core power yoga, pilates, etc. Price is per month + utilities.

I am a theater director who has really tried to make this spot a sanctuary to escape the hustle and bustle outside. I appreciate other artists and have made a great place to get artistic work done. I have many paints/pastels/markers/pencils etc that you are welcome to use. I am a tenant and will be the contact person on this rental. Neighbors are older and quiet. I try to keep noise down past 9pm.
