We (two female creatives, 29, 30) are looking for a third female or non-binary roommate to join our sun-filled apartment in Bushwick. Right in the heart of Bushwick, we are right next to wonderful bars and restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Morgan L. We live in a rent-stabilized building with kind neighbors, and we know the neighbors on our floor quite well. The apartment is equipped with a brand new microwave, dishwasher and oven, baseboard radiator, and a new heater in the available room. The room has a large window and an incredible view of the city. We are on the top floor of the building (thankfully it has an elevator) and have a large private rooftop furnished with a picnic table. Three washers and driers are down the hall, paid for by an app ($2.75 per load).
Our current roommate is moving back to be closer to family and will be moving out 02/25, so 02/26 move-in for a pro-rated
price is available! Ideally, we would love someone courteous, kind, and clean. One roommate is an artist who mainly works out of the home and one is work from home video editor. We do a great job of keeping the space clean and cozy, we do entertain guests sometimes, but not too often, love to catch up when our schedules allow but have the perfect balance of space when we need it.
