Lease takeover available for May 1st, though I’m flexible on the exact date. The current lease is up July 31st, with option to renew.

I’d also be open to doing a sublet instead, and leaving it fully furnished.

It’s right off Smith Street on the border of Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, right next to the Bergen St F/G stop. Smith has a ton of great restaurants, bars, cafes and cute shops. Within 10 mins walk is the 2/3, 4/5, and A/C trains.

There’s in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, wall unit AC/heating in both the bedroom and main room, heated floors in the bathroom, under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, and high ceilings. Exposed brick walls in both the living room and bedroom.

It’s on the first floor so there’s a private backyard, as well as a larger shared backyard. Neither are accessible from the street, only through the building (making it more secure).

There’s also storage lockers in the basement with no extra fee. The building allows pets / small dogs.

The building is quiet but people are friendly and helpful if you need anything. The landlord / building management are very professional and helpful. I’ve been here 2 years and have no complaints.

I honestly love this apartment and the neighborhood, but I’m moving back to my hometown (which is why I can be flexible on the exact date).

I’ve been living here for 2 years, but am moving back to my hometown. I got a new job there starting in May which is why I’m moving now. I can show the place any evening/weekend or Monday/Friday during the day.

You’d be signing a 3-month lease, ending July 31st, then have the option to renew.

Pets are allowed, subject to the management’s approval. Several other units have small dogs
