Sublease is for 10 days, Feb 21st to March 3rd. I can be flexible and can offer a few days less/more. Rate will still be at $120/night.

Breville espresso machine with coffee stocked, Nutribullet, all pots/pans/kitchen supplies you need. Radiator heaters that are very effective (pre-war building) - you don't even need to turn them on, as the heating pipes in the walls already keep the place warm. Price includes utilities (wifi, electric) and cleaning. There are cleaning supplies and plenty of laundromats nearby if you need. Includes a TV preset with subscriptions.
