This apartment is, IMO, in the most accessible part of Manhattan. There's plenty of life, activities, great food and drinks, all while not sacrificing space and staying very quiet, apart from the ocassiconal yawp. I'm looking for a lease takeover in Nolita or Elizabeth St, right next to Prince St Pizza. Great spot, super quiet, moving out to brooklyn and I don't need the space. Rent is $4695, lease ends 6/30/2025. This is for the whole place, until it ends, not interested in subleases unless you will take the whole space over the rest of the lease. You could have a roomate in here as well, up to you.
Everything, including the Murphy queen bed (maybe), internet, backyard lights, the kitchen utensil hangar, the kitchen side table thing, the curtain rod to cover the washer/dryer area, the bookshelves, and a tv mount come with the takeover (I can remove whatever you don't want).
Elizabeth St Garden is a great place to relax, and restaurants like Thai Diner, Katz' Delicatessen, 7th St Burger, prime shopping, all come with the Nolita experience. Feel free to ask me any questions!
Remote worker, just moved to the city. I love the area and the spot but I'm in need of more space for projects so moving to BK. Although this place is plenty spacious, especially for the area.
