About This Lister
My husband and I have lived in the building going on 4 years and need to relocate for work. We've loved the building management, amenities, and neighborhood in general. We are looking for someone to takeover the apartment as early as 2/1 through 7/31 with the option to resign the lease at that time.

New tenant will sign a new lease that can end 7/31 and/or have the option to renew for a longer term. The security deposit is first month's rent. Tenant will have to submit an application with the building with accompanying financial documents including but not limited to: pay stubs, tax returns, proof of income, etc.
