Looking for someone to stay at my 1-bedroom home in Jackson Heights to care for my two kitties, Soma and Shanti while I travel to India from 2/13-3/4

The home is very loved, it's perfect for folks who are looking for a restful, nourishing, and quiet space in a special neighborhood. Not a party home or building. I’m a healer and spiritual practitioner and have made the home into a sanctuary for rest and meditation.

The space is very large, approx. 1000 square feet with a large bedroom, living room, bathroom with a bathtub, eat in kitchen, plenty of instruments, paints/art supplies, TV, fast wifi, and an area for tea ceremony. Laundry is in the building. The house is fully stocked, just bring your clothing.

Offering reduced sublet/rent of $1200 in exchange for light cat care. They are low maintenance, will love you (one is very sweet, the other a little spicy), and just need some food + treats twice per day + litter clean.

The apartment is centrally located on 81st street in Jackson Heights, the area is full of life and various cultures/delicious food. It’s a 5-minute walk to the 7 train, and 10 minutes to the 7, E, F, M, R trains, 30 mins to GC station.
