Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated townhouse in Bed-Stuy.
You will stay in the garden unit, a 1-bedroom fully-furnished apartment on the ground floor. We live on the two upper floors, we are around if you need anything but you will have full privacy.

Bed-Stuy is walkable and family-friendly, the streets are framed with brownstone facades and sprinkled with vibrant restaurants, cafes, and bars. Our cross streets are MacDonough Street and Ralph Av. We are close to 3 subway stops that can get you to Manhattan and other Brooklyn neighborhoods in 30 minutes or less.

J train on Halsey St (10 min away)

There are multiple Citibike stations nearby.
Street parking is free and parking spots are generally quite easy to find. (Street cleaning happens twice per week, you might have to move your car).

The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker. You will also have a great array of kitchenware, pots and pans, and utensils.

BEDROOM
The bedroom faces a quiet backyard and provides a full bed and plenty of space to hang your clothes or store your belongings. The black out curtains will ensure you have a restful sleep. We provide bed linens, comforter and pillows.

Besides the full bed, one additional sleeping space and a crib can be provided on a case by case basis.

BATHROOM
Includes a full bathtub. We provide hair dryer, Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, Bath towels & hand towels, Toilet paper, First aid kit

LAUNDRY AREA
Includes Washer & Dryer, Iron and Ironing board

HOUSE RULES
- We kindly request that you take off your shoes at the entry hall.
- No parties allowed.
- Quiet hours between 10pm-7am.
- Strict no smoking or vaping policy in the apartment.
- No pets, sorry!
- Please alert us if anything gets broken during your stay so we can replace them.
- Accessibility: The unit is 2 steps down from street level, unfortunately not accessible for wheelchairs.

About This Lister

We are an architect and a cancer scientist from Portugal living in NYC for more than a decade. We live upstairs with our toddler son. We are always happy to give you recommendations or help you with any questions you might have.
