The apartment is located on the first floor and has a bathroom, separate kitchen area, dining / study area, living room and bedroom area. The apartment itself is very quiet which I love. It is also kept clean. The entire flat will be furnished with the basics (sheets, towels, Vitamix blender, electric kettle, tv).

I am looking for someone who is mindful and respectful when it comes to subletting someone's space.
