The apartment is on the ground floor, with one step to enter the lobby and four steps to get to the unit. There's laundry around the corner, and you'll be 5 minutes walking to the 2/5 on Church, and 15+ minutes to the B/Q on Church. I've lived in the area for five years and absolutely love it!

You'll have a 11x11 bedroom, with a desk and a second monitor, a super spacious living room with a dining table/chairs, a shower with a tub, and decent sized kitchen!

Looking to sublet short term to someone clean, with no pets, who's a non-smoker, and can take good care of the place while I'm away.

I take a lot of pride in creating a clean, homey space, after having lived in this building for the past year.
