The apartment is on the ground floor, with one step to enter the lobby and four steps to get to the unit. There's laundry around the corner, and you'll be 5 minutes walking to the 2/5 on Church, and 15+ minutes to the B/Q on Church. I've lived in the area for five years and absolutely love it!

You'll have a 11x11 bedroom with a full sized bed, a desk and a second monitor, a super spacious living room with a dining table/chairs, a shower with a tub, and decent sized kitchen!

Looking to sublet short term to someone clean, with no pets, and can take good care of the place while I'm away. No smoking inside the apartment.
