Lease Takeover
We are looking for someone to take over our lease from Apr 1 to June 30, with the option to renew. (We are relocating at the end of March.)
It is a like-new one bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, about a 10min walk to Prospect Park. Also a ~10min walk to the B, Q, 2 and 5 trains. We are the first tenants to live in the apartment and have been in it for six months.
The apartment features a kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher), in unit washer and dryer, big windows, and a large bedroom and living area (with balcony).
The building features an attached garage and storage space (both for an extra fee), gym, bike room, and shared rooftop and dog area.

You will need to fill out an application and provide financials and, if the landlord approves, we can do a lease amendment and transfer the lease obligations officially over to you.
Pets Policy
We don't have any pets but do know that dogs and cats are allowed. There is an area for pets on the roof.
