As with any New York apartment, this one comes with its quirks! The building leans, so the floors are sloped - but we promise you don't notice it after a day or two! The bathroom does not have a sink, so we use the kitchen sink which is located right outside the bathroom door. In our opinion, the size of the apartment, high ceilings, convenient location and yard more than make up for this. We love this apartment and would like to sublet it to someone who appreciates it and the neighborhood as much as we do!

$3,500 per month - includes all utilities (internet, gas, electric). Dogs and cats welcome for an additional $300 fee.

My husband David is a chef, and I work in corporate hospitality. We moved to Hudson, NY recently and would like to stay up here for at least 1 more year. My husband was born and raised in the neighborhood, we got married in Gowanus and still have a community there—thus why we are holding onto this apartment!
