I'm subletting my cozy 1 bedroom from May 7 - June 5 (end date can be a little flexible)

My apartment is located in one of my favorite neighborhoods in NYC, Williamsburg bordering Greenpoint. The street is quiet, the neighbors are lovely, McCarren Park is a 5 minute walk, as well as the train station. You can get to Manhattan in 15 mins!

My place has a lot of charm. This is perfect for someone who values good design, and a cozy/quiet home to return to after being out and exploring the city. Apartments in this neighborhood are rare.

The neighborhood coffee shop is Land To Sea & Variety Roasters, Meat Hook is a block away, for a great butcher and farm greens, Whole Foods is a 15 min walk, etc.
