It's sunny! The space is on the 2nd floor of a two story building (up one flight of stairs), but this apartment gets a lot of natural light.

The place is a 2 bed, 1 bath. There is only one other apartment in the building and a storefront on the ground floor. The available bedroom is a little small, about 7 ft by 10 ft, with a window facing the street. However the shared living room, which opens into the kitchen, is quite sizable. There's also a large closet area off the kitchen. I live in the other room and I am still in the process of furnishing the place!

There is also a washer, dryer, and dish washer in unit!

It's only a few blocks from the Union Street R stop and about a 15 minute walk from Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center and another 15 minutes walk from the F and G trains. Although the street is sometimes a little loud from the construction in the neighborhood, it is a really great location. It's a 20 minute walk to Prospect Park.

Utilities are not included in the rent. The roommate and I would split them.

Although I am open to anyone, my ideal roommate is someone who is calm, respectful, clean, down to Earth, and a good communicator.
