Looking for one girl to fill a large sunlit room in a 3 bedroom apartment in bedstuy. The apartment is off the utica A or the kingston throop C with lots of nearby buses. We are the top floor of a 4 story walk up with south facing windows that receive lots of sunlight throughout the day. The neighborhood is really cute with lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby, friendly neighbors and brownstone lined streets. You would be subletting the room from my roommate who’s moving out in March and would have the chance to renew when the lease is up at the end of September. Roommates are 2 women in their mid to late twenties, we’d love to keep our new roommate in the same age range as well. We also have a small cat named Bernie so you’d have to be ok with that! Rent is 1100 and utilities have been roughly 100 a month this time of year.

We both are both pretty chill people, but enjoy direct communication, cleanliness and a peaceful home where we can relax
