1 bedroom apt in Chelsea, on the border of the West Village (15th and 7th). I live on a great quiet block in a brownstone on the 3rd floor walk up. I have lived here for over four years and it's a quintessential NY apt with tons of charm, loud radiator noises, and the best location ever! Best for only one person as it's a small space but can fit two if you are close!

I've been lucky to have most of my subletters be repeat visitors but this holiday season it's empty while I am out of town so please come stay in the cutest place ◡̈

Transportation: Only one to two blocks from the red (1/2/3) blue (A/C/E), orange (F/M) lines and the L!

Noting I do have a dog so while it is clean, it might not be the ideal place for someone with severe allergies. My mom is severely allergic to cats which is why I mention it. Dog not included but may visit if you need a cuddle buddy!
