This is a listing for one bedroom available in the loft where I live and of which I've the lease. Rent is month to month, minimum stay 2 months (deposit is required). In the loft there are my two friendly cats, unfortunately more pets are not allowed. Furnitures in the room can be removed upon request. I'm a full time graphic designer, wfh on fridays, the other tenant is an art student.

Utilities will be shared (⅓ of the amount for each tenant) and monthly paid with the rent.
Utilities: Electricity and Gas (⅓ of the bills) + $55 (AC and Heather $25; every 2 months we share the cost of TP and PT $15 each; WiFi $15 each) (Electricity and Gas bill varies between $80-150 each depending by the season and the usage)
No pets, no couples
One month deposit to move in
The room is available on December 3rd
Looking for a tenant preferably with full time job, mostly not working from home and who is truly cool about cats. Respectful to each other, good communication, no passive aggression. Someone clean and who doesn't party or make noise after midnight (especially during the week) unless all the tenants are involved and agreed.
