My partner and I are hoping to sublet our lovely one-bedroom apartment from Jan 1-25 (dates somewhat flexible); open to partial or full stays during that time. Rent is $1880 for the whole period or can be prorated by number of days.

The apartment is bright, very clean and cozy, with plenty of space for two people. There is a full bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room and separate kitchen (well-equipped for those who enjoy cooking!). There is also an elevator in the building.

We are located very close to Prospect Park in Kensington, a quiet residential neighborhood (near Windsor Terrace, Ditmas Park and Cortelyou Road). There are many cute cafes, bars, restuarants and things to do in the area. A new bookstore just opened down the street!

The closest subways are the Q train at Beverly Road or the F/G at Fort Hamilton Parkway, both about an 8-10 minute walk. Around the corner are the B103 bus and various express buses.

Perfect for those who are visiting for a few weeks, or who want a nice, calming place to stay while looking for a new apartment! We are looking for someone who will appreciate and take good care of the space while we are gone.
