Hello! I'm subletting my 1-bedroom apartment in Sunset Park for one month.

It's a spacious, furnished unit with beautiful natural light on the second floor of a walk-up building.

The building is between 8th and 9th Avenues in Sunset Park. The 9th Avenue D subway stop is a 5 minute walk. And Sunset Park (the park itself!) is a 5 minute walk, too.

There are so many great (and cheap!) restaurants nearby. I'd be happy to share a list of my favorites. Also - amazing local grocery stores. Everything is very walkable and the neighborhood is very friendly.

There is no washer/dryer, but several nearby laundromats.

Utilities (gas and electric) are about $100/month, depending on usage. And internet is $50/month.

Not pets, sadly :(

I'm a PhD Candidate and Lecturer who has been renting this apartment for the past 2 1/2 years. It's a cozy spot that is good for studying or relaxing. I consider myself quite neat and take good care of the unit.
