My partner and I are looking to sublet our 1-bedroom apartment in Ditmas Park while we are away on our honeymoon from December 15th-January 20th.

The building has an elevator and is wheelchair-accessible by ramp through the rear entrance, but our shower has a bath tub, so this could prove difficult for anyone who uses a wheelchair.

There is laundry in the building. The space is fully furnished with a large bedroom, large kitchen, and open living area. We will ensure that there is plenty of closet space available, but some of our personal items will still be in the space, including our plants. Utilities and WiFi are included.

We are located in between two subway stations- the Newkirk B/Q and the Newkirk 2/5. Each train is about a 12-minute walk. The building is located on Ditmas Ave. and East 22nd Street at the intersection of Ditmas Park and Flatbush. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops within walking distance. Prospect Park is a quick bus ride away.

We are both kind and caring people who have invested a lot of time and love into this space. We both use he/him pronouns. We have multiple close friends who live in the neighborhood who can be your point of contact while we're away. The building's super is always quick to respond for any and all needs.
