Hi, I'm looking to sublet my apt for month-to-month in Crown Heights. It's a 1br 1bath pre-war. I have permission from my LL to sublet. I've been living there for 10 years and love the space. It's partially furnished, no bed or couch. Space is VERY large, the living room was used as my living room and office to WFH. Building is pretty quiet and friendly neighbors. Laundry is not included, but plenty of laundry mats in the area. Great coffee shop on Utica called Lakou!

VERY sunny, gets great light!
No smoking in apt
