We're looking for someone friendly, inclusive, clean, and thoughtful to sign onto a 1-year lease. If you’re the type of person who takes care of their dishes after cooking and appreciates a warm/beautiful home, you would probably be a great fit! We are slowly decorating our common spaces, so if you’re a fan of interior design, Pinterest moodboards, and FB Marketplace, we will almost certainly get along.

Neighborhood/Transit
We’re on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, so very close to Washington & Franklin Ave with tons of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. We are a 15-minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum/Prospect Park. The B65 and B48 pick up in front of the apartment; we are a 10-minute walk from the C & 2/3, and a longer, but incredibly beautiful walk to the Q.
