I'm subletting my whole apartment in the East Village - It is a 2 bd/ bath but I will have my room locked and closed and the other 1 bed and bath and living room / whole apartment will be yours! I may come once or twice to grab stuff but will text you beforehand when I’m coming.

There is a ton of natural light with floor to ceiling windows, along with a doorman, buzzer, gym in the building and a shared terrace / communal space on the second floor - accessible for a wheelchair!

The apartment itself is 2 bd/2 bath with a ton of natural light coming through. We have a ton of plants and a piano as well that whoever lives is happy to plan. We have all new Viking kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer in unit that was installed within the year.

FYI - our living room furniture has changed as we remodeled since we got professional pictures taken but if interested, I will give a tour over facetime!

Wifi included in rent but utilities are not.

Trader Joes is 3 blocks away, the famous Katz deli is a few blocks away, Whole foods down the street and the 2nd Ave subway stop is the nearest!
