I'm looking to sublet my beautiful 1BR 1BA apt in chinatown / two bridges area. Its a 4th floor walk up in a well maintained chinatown building. It faces south and has plenty of light (and a view) Will come with furniture and utilities / wifi included. It's available for 2 months but highly possible to extend. So please reach out if you are interested (and available to extend). I can show it after the 21st, and can be moved in march 1st. NO PETS I am highly allergic, and SINGLE PERSON move in ONLY.
