Easy and quick ticket system if you ever need maintenance. We have lived in this building and unit for 2.5 years and have been very happy with it--only leaving because we're moving out of state.
About the neighborhood: 2 min walk to the Dekalb stop (Q, B, R; one stop from Manhattan on the Q), 5 min walk to the Nevins St stop (2,3,4,5), 8 min walk to the Hoyt-Schermerhorn stop (A,C,G). 5 minutes to Dekalb Market and Trader Joes, 7 minutes to Whole Foods. Two blocks from Fort Greene Park, with a weekend farmers' market and great dog-walking/running space.

Current tenant
New tenant will need to be approved by the building's management. Requirements from the building: Total income must be 35 times the monthly rent. If this is not met, a personal guarantor earning 80 times the rent or a bond must be provided.
New tenant will need to pay a one-month security deposit.
Very pet friendly, we have a small dog and so do lots of neighbors. I am not sure whether the building has any restrictions on dog size/breed but am happy to inquire if interested.
