Hi, I am traveling and looking for someone to take over my space. The building has a nice gym, bike room, rooftop, rec area and theater, is fairly new and well-kept. The apt has a dishwasher and central air. The laundry room works with an app - no cash.

It's not on the ground floor, but it unfortunately does not get great light - it has huge windows (8 feet high), but faces the other side of the building. I just want to be honest about that cause I know that's important to many people. I head to the roof which has lounge chairs and tables when I want more sun.

It's across the street from a supermarket and really convenient to other stores, pharmacies etc. It's about a 8 min walk to the J,M.Z at Myrtle-Broadway. The B38 literally leaves you at the end of the block.

The bed is a double bed so it's more suitable for one person. I'd prefer someone quiet and who doesn't have a ton of company. I'd like to keep the same vibe I have going with my next door neighbors who I'm friends with. Please be clean!

Space will be furnished with drawers and closets emptied out.

Utilities are $160 a month, inclusive of everything including internet.

I'm a filmmaker who will be traveling for work so I will be out of state, but reachable should you have any questions.

As mentioned, I'm friendly with my neighbors on the floor and next door so I would love to not introduce someone who messes up with the vibe by being super noisy or disrespectful.

I'm not a neat freak, but I do like my space clean. I rarely ever sublet and would not like to return to the place looking worse than how I left it.
