Beautiful, spacious apartment in East Williamsburg, with amazing back patio and large living area - only 7 minute walk to the L Train at Graham, 15min walk to McCarren Park and close to many incredible bars + restaurants.

2nd Floor walk up in a nice building with only four apartments, near the corner of Manhattan and Grand. Ours is a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment.

Looking for a sub-letter to begin on April 5th-May 31st (start and end date flexible potentially available for June as well)
The sublet is $1800/month + utilities -- which run about $75-$100 per month depending on weather.

The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand, AC and large mirror. I'll move all of my belongings to one half of the closet so you can utilize that! Towels, washcloths, and sheets will all be provided.
You would share a bathroom with one roommate who is bicoastal and often not home.

Current roommates are two girls in their early/mid thirties, they both work in fashion (one is an agent and one at a production company) and travel quite regularly so sometimes you'll have the place to yourself. We're pretty busy and social so out and about quite often, like to keep a clean and tidy but cosy space where we enjoy spending time.

Ideal candidate is clean and considerate and doesn't work from home everyday!

I'll be traveling between LA, TN and NYC so open to full or partial time.
