My partner and I are looking to for a roommate to join us in our space/ large penthouse ready to move in. In Los Feliz
The space vast is jointly about 2000 sq feet with 30 ft ceilings in the living room.

Located in a great area, we are a short walking distance to two grocery stores and many restaurants/cafes.

We are bicoastal and in LA less than half the year. So we’re looking for someone who is responsible, tidy/clean as we are gone for long periods of time.
About the room:
Large Bedroom with a Queen size bed bathroom. Room has a large closet and wall to wall shelving- great for clothing/ storage/ books etc.
