I have a very spacious one bedroom loft apartment. I am a filmmaker and a musician and this apartment allows me the space to be creative when working on my projects. I live here full-time, so my stuff is here, but I will free up plenty of space for a subletter's personal items, which I have done in the past. There will just be boxes stacked up in one corner of the apartment. I have a super comfy king sized bed, a 56 inch TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount Plus etc, and a surround sound system, comfy couches that fold out if you are planning to have any guests. The kitchen is spacious, and there is a nice bathtub to soak in. I have an area that is my editing suite, that I can clear off so you can have an office area. I have a serious foosball table and weights and an exercise bike if you want to exercise at home. Also I have roof access with a great view of Manhattan and surrounding areas.
