My partner and I will be traveling for Christmas and are looking to swap (for an apartment or other living space in New Orleans) or sublet our apartment for those few days. Our apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath in a newer building on the PLG and Flatbush border. If swapping, yours would be in NOLA--we are flexible on specific neighborhoods, but likely want to avoid french quarter.

Our building has elevator access, as well as rooftop/gym/coworking space. Access is controlled via apps. Ideally we would meet in person at the apartment on 12/25 morning or 12/24 evening to show you around and get you set up on all the apps. But we can always coordinate otherwise if this timeframe did not work!

Apartment is fully furnished. As this is a short time period we would just be looking for someone to respect our space and look after it while we are gone. Lots of great restaurants in the area and happy to share any suggestions! 10 mins or less walk to prospect park, and citibike stations around the area as well. We're between the Q/B and 2/5 train lines, so 20 mins to Manhattan on either.

No pets allowed unfortunately, as we are both allergic. We do have many plants, so ideally you would water if needed while we were gone :)
