I am subletting my studio apartment while I am away during winter break.

This studio is gorgeous, peaceful and a quiet oasis in the center of Manhattan (E60s + Park) It is extremely close to Central Park and multiple different trains.

This studio is on the 2nd floor of a brownstone building (walk up).

The building is very quiet, and there are not many neighbors, so I am looking for someone quiet and considerate who is looking for a peaceful space and will take care of the apartment as it is their own.

No parties in the apartment.

The rate for the whole time is $1,000 and I am giving preference to people who can stay for the whole time.
