• Very well connected. It is DIRECTLY outside the entrance to the subway! (Nostrand A/C). The A is an express train! Train ride into downtown Manhattan is 12 minutes and the A/C is a very convenient line. The Franklin Avenue C and Shuttle to Prospect Park are also just one block away. The G train is a 10-15 minute walk or an easy same-platform transfer 1 train stop away. The F train is also a very easy same-platform transfer 2 stops away. Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Boreum Hill, Cobble Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, and Dumbo are all also easily accessible by walking or 1-3 train stops away, and there are direct bus lines into Williamsburg and Bushwick.

• Multiple grocery stores, Juice Bar, Nail Salon, Restaurants, Bars all on this block. Tons more nearby in the neighborhood.

I sublet often and know how to leave the place nice and uncluttered for guests. I will leave a fully empty clothes rack with a couple dozen hangers, 5 empty bathroom shelves, jewelry hooks and trays, and an entryway with an empty designer shoe and coat/bag organizer for you.

All of my sublettors have loved staying here, and 3 have used this as a starter spot to find their long term future homes nearby. 2 have actually become good friends of mine! (Not a requirement for renting though!) If you're looking for somewhere beautiful, plush, clean, new but tried and true and ideally set up for sublettors, this is it.

Note: If you are googling subway directions, put in the Nostrand Avenue A/C stop to get the correct directions. For walking, driving and bus directions, the building is at Bedford & Fulton, but if you put that in Google Maps for subway directions, it doesn’t register the closest subway entrance and will often misdirect you away from the express train.
