Hi, I’m traveling for a couple months and looking to sublet my beautiful and furnished 1 bedroom apartment in Astoria.

The apartment has washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. I also have an espresso machine for use while I’m gone.

The apartment building has a rooftop and second floor balcony. It is located 2 blocks from the N/W Astoria blv stop, and M60 bus stop. The ferry is also a 15 min walk away. You have a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in easy walking distance and Astoria Park is about 10 minutes away.
