I am French and American. I work in Banking and also have a small soup company in LA.
I am the leaseholder. I do not live onsite. This was my first apartment when I moved to LA and it is so damn cute I could never let it go even after I bought my first condo. So I decided to keep it and to sublet it until one day my baby sister moves to LA.
I have been subletting it long-term for over 10 years now, always successfully to great people who took great care of it and they all enjoyed their time there.
