We're subletting our 1BR/1B house for the month of October. Available from Oct 1st - Oct 31st

-In-unit washer and dryer

-Private small yard with a view of lemon trees
-AC units in both the living room and bedroom
-65-inch TV in the living room

The house is a twin bungalow-style, one-story home located within a gated community, with access through a security code. It has a beautiful view of the Hollywood sign!

Cafes like Courage Bagels and Sqirl are right around the corner, with Courage Bagels just a 2-minute walk away. The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute drive from Silver Lake spots like Intelligentsia, Pine & Crane, and the Silver Lake Farmer's Market, Erewhon, as well as Trader Joe's. It's also close to Los Feliz favorites such as HomeState, Maru, All Time, and more.

We require a $500 deposit, which will be reimbursed at the end of the month.
