The space
You will have the entire modern 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to enjoy. This is a great location, close to all that Venice has to offer, on a quiet, friendly street. The bedroom has a queen size bed, linens and towels are provided. The unit is located on teh 1t floor. Ask about pets (there are pets in the building). Only street parking. No laundry. All utilities are included in the rental price.

About This Lister

I grew up in Venice Beach in a little beach house close to the water. I bought this building more than a decade a go, and moved into one of the units. My oldest son lives in one of the other units with his two cats, this is a family friendly complex. I work from home and are also involved with a local tree planting group called Verdant Venice Group, we plant trees all over Venice. I also organize planting events in private homes, we go to someone's house and help them transform their garden into a native garden that helps pollinators.
