I'm subleasing my furnished 1BR apartment in Williamsburg. The dates are negotiable (can do shorter or longer) but ideally I'd like to have Jan-March subleased.

The apartment is in a luxury building with access to a courtyard, rooftop, gym and a 24 hour doorman. It comes fully furnished and has a walk in closet, large kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is just 2 blocks away from McCarren park, and a 5 minute walk to the L train.
