This Central Harlem apartment is available for daily/weekly or monthly rental. Facing the south side, enjoys ample sunlight during the winter and stays cool in the summer, creating a perfect ambiance. Since it’s furnished and my actual home I’d appreciate a tenant who treats it as their own. I have a few indoor plants that require minimal care like watering once in a while.


The neighborhood is very walkable, there’s a bus stop literally outside the building and the subway is a 5 min walk to 2,3 trains 135th Street stop and about 7-9 min walk to 4,5 trains 138th/Gr Concourse stop. There is a Key Food outside the building, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are 1 stop away or 15 min walk with delivery available. All nearby restaurants deliver. New places are popping up constantly so there are plenty of options to eat at and order from.

I am the owner of this apartment and this is my sacred space. I have never had someone live in my space besides a short term home exchange while I stayed at their place.

I would like to have us sign a lease agreement. I will also ask for a security deposit. We will do a walk through to make sure we are on the same page and I will answer any questions and show how to operate appliances and etc.
