I'm temporarily leaving to Australia for work and looking for someone to sublet and live with my two great roommates - Magda & Alec.

Your potential bedroom is furnished, pretty spacious with two windows and towards a quiet courtyard with a tree. The common area include a kitchen (with dishwasher!), living room and one bathroom. Our kitchen is very "nooky" and cozy. Our living room is a sun filled room with beautiful lighting especially in the mornings. We generally keep the apartment pretty clean and clean up after ourselves.

Our neighborhood Cobble Hill has a lot of brownstones and we live just two blocks from Cobble Hill park, as well as, a 10-15min walk to the waterfront. There's a lot of family and it's a very cozy neighborhood, very walkable and full of cafes & shops. The F and G train are a 8min walk to Bergen stop. The 4/5/6 and R train are a 13min walk to Borough Hall. So, we're very well connected.

About my roommates (I won't be living in the apartment :))

Magda (she/her) is a designer working at a startup and does a mix of home working and going to the office. Alec (they/them) works in climate and urban planning and works from home. Both of them are very warm, social / happy to hang at home and chat but also always working on one project or another. They are both very creative, for example, Magda paints, Alec is also an independent film maker.

We're looking for someone kind, social or shy and neat :)
