About This Lister

I’m a freelancer in my 30s and I’ll be traveling for the winter. I’ve lived in this apartment for three years but NYC has been home for 12 years. I'm happy to share my favorite spots so it can feel like home to you too.

The ideal subletter will prioritize cleanliness (no shoes indoors, etc.), care for low maintenance plants, and timely communication about any issues. This is my sanctuary and I would love to find someone who will treat it like their own.
