I'm looking to sublet my beautiful apartment in Bedstuy / Clinton Hill border while I try out living in Manhattan for a change.

Dates are flexible — ideally looking for mid-Dec 2024 ~ Dec 2025 but open to shorter term as well.

- on the 2nd floor of a very quiet, small, friendly 2-level building (1 flight of stairs; no elevator)
- south facing windows and 2 large skylights
- 1 large bedroom with a queen sized bed and lot of closet space
- 2 full bathrooms
- in-unit Miele laundry & dryer
- fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher
- a separate mezzanine area that is currently my office with tons of storage space. this could easily be another sleeping area
- film projector, Molekule air purifier, roomba...
- 4min walk to Bedford-Nostrand (G)
- 10min walk to Nostrand Ave (AC)
- between Bedford & Nostrand and Lexington

I'll be leaving the apartment as is, furnished and fully stocked. I'll have my personal items stored away in the storage area on the mezzanine level.

I'm looking for someone (or a couple) who is clean, respectful, responsible, and flexible. Ideally, no pets (cat allergy, sorry) but open to dogs.

Rent is $3850 per month. Utilities & internet is separate and we can figure out the payment.
