I am a writer/director and alumna of UCLA TFT with my MFA in Screenwriting. I am currently away working on a project and looking to rent my apartment from April 12th. on for 2 weeks to one month. There is a possibility to extend to longer-term (6 months to one year), but would need to discuss first, as that is only possibly after June 1st. However, the dates are somewhat flexible. Utilities are flat rate of $150 for one person or $200 for two people. $500 security deposit for short-term; One month’s rent for long-term.
