Stay in downtown Mystic CT this summer! 200 ft from the Mystic River and all the restaurants in walking distance!

- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one queen bed, one twin, 1 full bathrooms, with tub. You must walk through the queen room to access bathroom, so best suited to family/close friends
- Downstairs: 1 bedroom downstairs with pull out twin bed and ensuite shower

- patio with table, chairs and sitting area and umbrella
- hardwood floors, lots of rugs and art

My place is right in the heart of downtown Mystic, CT. You can see the famous bascule drawbridge, and you will hear the bell for it raising and lowering every hour during the day! FYI, it goes at 40 past the hour every hour, so time your driving accordingly ha. Many great restaurants, bars and shops walkable.

The private entrance to the apartment is up several stone steps, so not really accessible to accommodate a wheelchair unfortunately. The building is from 1820.

I am looking for someone or a couple with no pets who can be chill and want to get some time on the coast of CT. No smoking inside at all. I live here with my young child.

July rates in mystic go for typically 3500/week fyi but I am hoping for a respectful like minded person who wants a couple weeks away on the New England coastline! Mystic really is an ideal vacation spot!!! July 4th!!! Parades and fireworks, beaches and great food, concerts, museums, shopping, etc! I will leave you a detailed guide and recommendations, as well as where to go to the beach etc.

You can walk to the Mystic Amtrak from the apartment very easily (about 10 - 15 minutes) BUT you cannot really get by without a car here unfortunately.

I am an artist and a single parent. I work really hard to keep a nice home for myself and my son, and need someone to be respectful to my space as if it were their own. I am renting this place, and I have an artist residency in Europe for several weeks, so to facilitate that, I would like to have someone stay in our place for a bit.
