STUDIO ONE - This is a Private Backyard Studio 200 sq ft artist studio, with 10ft ceilings, windows, and skylights. ($900.00)

STUDIO TWO- This is a semi-private 300 sq ft artist studio, with 7 ft ceilings and windows. It's only semi-private because it has a laundry room attached to it. ($700.00)
