On a quiet street in Bedstuy, next door to an urban farm and 7 min walk to the A/C (Utica) train sits our townhouse. The top two floors is where our sweet family resides, and we rent the garden floor 2-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment below.

Raised off the street and past the lush front garden is your new home. With natural light pouring in the open floor plan (living room and kitchen) you will enjoy this serene space. As you see in the pictures - plants also live well here!

There are two bedrooms - one smaller than the other which has been used as a 2nd bedroom OR an office space. Both rooms fit a full bed. Both rooms have windows.

There is a staircase in the apartment that leads to the shared basement, where there is a washer / dryer exclusively for your use. We have an allocated storage area for tenants as well.

Upstairs, we are a family of 4 - (one 15 year old girl and a 13 yr old by) and an adorable small dog (cavapoo.) For this reason, we are looking for tenants that are friendly, quiet and family oriented. That said, the space is completely private and we rarely see our tenants. But we are just a knock away and pride ourselves in being attentive landlords should any issue come up.

The block we live on is very special, with lots of families and a strong block association. We have an award-winning block party each Fall that is not to be missed. We encourage our tenants to introduce themselves and participate in the community. It's what makes Brooklyn unique. There are excellent restaurants walking distance (including Laziza, Chez Oscar, Nana Ramen and Saraghina) among wine shops, Milk & Pull coffee shop, and a large grocery store 5 min walk away. The neighborhood is exploding with new spots daily.
