My name is Stefano, and I’m a painter and educator originally from Rome, Italy. I’ve been living in NYC for the past 20 years and am proud to call this apartment my home. I love keeping the space green and chemical-free, and as the original tenant, I’ve truly cherished living here.
I’ll be teaching at the University of Puerto Rico for the next year, but I’m happy to arrange a viewing of the apartment at your convenience. My ex-husband, who lives just around the corner, will be available to show you the space.
The building is well-maintained, thanks to our amazing superintendent, who’s always prompt with repairs and improvements. I also have a wonderful relationship with my next-door neighbor, Andre, who happens to be the president of our block association. He’s one of the most reliable people I know and a great resource for anything you might need in the area.
