My roomie and I are looking for people to lease takeover our 2bed 2bath apartment in LIC end of Nov/early Dec (QLIC building). Apartment has lots of natural light, is on the 15th floor, has a balcony facing the city, and has in unit laundry. Building has elevator, doorman, gym, lounge room, outdoor pool, roof deck. Close to Queensboro Plaza (N/W/7 trains), Queens Plaza (E/M/R trains) and Queensbridge (F train). We signed for 2 years so the lease goes until December 2025. Building is rent stabilized. Rent for the whole unit is $5106 ($2.5k each).
