Me and my roommate are traveling for almost a month and would like to sublet our parlor (1.5) floor apartment in a beautiful renovated and historic Bed Stuy brownstone located by Marcy and Hart St (the area has just been designated a Historic District). Very close to two G subway stops, multiple bus routes, and plenty of CitiBike stations.

We have a super spacious living room, dining area, and open kitchen along with a washer/dryer, two queen-size bedrooms (both with their own desk and secondary monitor), two full bathrooms, and a great backyard (and dishwasher!). There is also a sofa bed in the living room that fits two people.

The apartment has plenty of light, and we've kept it real cozy when it comes to decor and lighting. It's fully furnished and utilities include super-fast WiFi and two TVs (one in one bedroom and another in the living room) with all your streaming needs.

A discount can be discussed if you don't mind taking care of the easiest, chillest, cutest cat. Place is perfect for a family as well.

There's plenty of good stuff around and plenty to do, including multiple cafes, bakeries, bars, shops, and restaurants, a wonderful convenience store, a supermarket, as well as a great local wine store. We are also three blocks away from Von King Park!
