Two large, partially furnished bedrooms, (easily accommodating a king-sized bed) and a full private bath.  One room has a full-sized bed frame and dresser (you would need to provide the mattress), the other a desk. The rooms can be delivered unfurnished if preferred.

The apartment has great light, hardwood floors, an in unit washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with dishwasher and counter space for cooking/dining. The living area has a comfortable couch. 

Located on the 2nd floor of an elevator building with a staircase (sorry, not ADA accessible). 

About the Neighborhood: Prime Clinton Hill, next to the Pratt Campus on a quiet street steps from the G and C trains (Clinton-Washington Avenue stop). Surrounded by great dining, coffee shops, and grocery stores.  Downtown Brooklyn is a 15 minute walk away. Four blocks away is beautiful Fort Greene Park. The location is simply Incredible- a perfect blend of quiet, tree-lined, pre-war charm with a lively social scene just around the corner.

You will be sharing the space with a professional couple in their 50’s. We keep a quiet, tidy space, are both warm, friendly and love good conversation but value privacy and peace as well. We spend a lot of quiet weekends at home. We also share the home with Gato, the most loving cat you’ll likely ever meet.
